- Work with IT to install the Data Collection Agent

- Implement service and supplies delivery process
- Inspect all devices and perform required maintenance to ensure optimum fleet

- Ensure that devices are maintained to operate at peak performance (more uptime)
Meet quarterly to present detailed reporting and recommendations
- Recommend changes to the fleet based on changes to the business environment
- Adjust contracted volumes
- Recommend reallocation of existing printers if appropriate
- Add or Remove equipment based on requirements
- Replace old, under-performing; but high volume devices with new efficient models
to enable more efficient production and minimize downtime for failures
- Propose document management solutions to help with efficient output migration
to your devices
- Address opportunities for improvement
